Carl Froch. No 1 contender for the World Title

Nottingham born & bred, Carl started boxing at 9 years of age and had his 1st amateur fight aged 11 years. He boxed for England for over 2 years and received a gold medal in Copenhagen plus Best Boxer of the Tournament Award out of 90 boxers from 25 different nations.

He was the first ever Englishman to win a medal in the World Championships in Belfast and is ex undefeated Commonwealth Champion. Carl has been boxing professionally for approx. 5 years.

Undefeated in 21 fights, Carl is the current British Super Middleweight Champion and No1 contender for the world title. His next big fight is on the 2nd November 2007 at Nottingham Arena, defending his British title against Robin Reid.
